Discover

Our Process begins with the Discover Phase. We start by conducting a thorough interview process to gain a full understanding of the personal, business and financial impact of your benefit plan. We assess your corporate culture to help in our quest to present the best available options.


Build

Secondly, we follow with our Building Phase. During this time, we begin the process by developing the infrastructure to your benefits solutions. By reviewing what ideas and concepts may work, we can then blueprint solutions, shop them to carriers and present the most cost effective to you.


Implement

Where the Benefit Watch, LLC process begins to take shape is in the Implementation Phase. During this time we use our dedicated staff, technological advantages and understanding of your company to present benefits. We hold group meetings with your staff, always allowing time for individual questions and answers, to explain the provisions of your plan, present enrollment materials and assist in the completion and collection of data. Your employees then utilize us as a resource to handle customer service issues, answer benefit questions and make any changes to their personal enrollment.
